On 5 November 2015, the ACCC further extended the period for making a final access determination for the domestic transmission capacity service (DTCS) by 6 months.

On 5 November 2015, the ACCC further extended the period for making a final access determination for the DTCS by 6 months. The ACCC is unable to complete its inquiry sooner due to the amount of time required to conduct analysis of the issues raised in response to the draft final access determination.
The ACCC anticipates releasing the final access determination for the DTCS in the first quarter of 2016.
