On 13 October 2014 the ACCC accepted Telstra's proposed variation after no submissions were received in the consultation process.
The variation includes an additional item in Table 1 of Schedule 2 which provides for Telstra to report to NBN Co on premises with active services in certain NBN rollout areas.
