On 18 March 2022 the ACCC released a public consultation paper, draft Division 12 Record Keeping Rule (RKR), draft Audit of telecommunications infrastructure RKR and draft Internet Activity RKR documents as part of a consultation process for updating these three RKRs to reflect the current participants in the market.
Stakeholder submissions closed on Friday 15 April 2022.
