The ACCC released an interim access determination for the SBAS under section 152BCG of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 on 29 July 2016.
A copy of the SBAS interim access determination is available on the register of access determinations in the ACCC's public registers.
Interim Access Determination and Explanatory Note
On 29 July 2016 the ACCC made interim access determination (IAD) for the Superfast Broadband Access service (SBAS). The IAD will expire on 28 July 2017 unless revoked earlier.
