On 26 May 2017, the ACCC released its final report and decision on its inquiry to make final access determinations for the superfast broadband access service (SBAS) and local bitstream access service (LBAS). The FADs incorporate price and non-price terms and conditions that have effect from 26 May 2017 to 28 July 2021 (in the absence of commercial agreement between access providers and access seekers).
