The ACCC released an IAD for the LBAS under section 152BCG of the Act on 6 July 2012. The ACCC also released a report, Local bitstream access service: Interim access determination and proposal for the final access determination. At the same time the ACCC extended the public inquiry into making an FAD for the LBAS. Submissions on the content of the FAD were due by 3 August 2012.
