Receipt of preliminary submissions

On 5 March 2014, Optus provided an early submission to the inquiry.

On 24 March 2014, Herbert Geer, on behalf of TPG and iiNet, provided a report prepared by Frontier Economics as an early submission to the inquiry.

On 4 June, Telstra provided a letter on the ACCC's Declaration Inquiry Final Report , which it further considers as a submission to the FAD inquiry.
