On 24 August 2015, the ACCC released its final report on the non-price terms and conditions for the final access determinations (FADs). This report sets out the ACCC’s final decision on the non-price terms and conditions for the MTAS FAD. A complete copy of the FAD for the MTAS containing price and non-price terms is available at this link.
In respect of the fixed line services and the DTCS, the ACCC has not finalised its decision and this report sets out the ACCC’s current views on non-price terms and conditions for these services.
