On 1 October 2019, the ACCC released its draft decision as part of the NBN wholesale service standards inquiry. The ACCC’s draft decision is that regulated terms are likely to be required to improve end-user experiences on the NBN. The proposed regulated terms are outlined in the draft final access determination that accompanies the draft decision.
