Draft notice to vary4 Jul 2013

On 4 July 2013 the ACCC released a draft notice to vary the SAU for consultation. The ACCC also released a document that sets out the reasons for including particular variations in the draft notice and addresses the views put forward in submissions to the ACCC’s consultation paper on the notice to vary the SAU.
