On 7 August 2018 the ACCC released a discussion paper inviting submissions on whether the domestic mobile terminating access service (MTAS) should continue to be declared and whether any changes to the MTAS are required.
The ACCC received submissions from twelve stakeholders in September 2018. CLX, Macquarie Telecom, Message Media, Optus, Over the Wire, Pivotel, Telstra and VHA also provided confidential versions of their submissions.
