As noted in the discussion paper, interested parties that signed the access deed for the WIK mobile network and cost model—Version 1.1 were provided with a copy of version 1.1 of the WIK model on CD-ROM.

On 6 September 2007 the ACCC wrote to the second generation mobile network operators in Australia seeking their assistance in providing information about the number of base transceiver stations (BTSs), Node Bs, sites and the extent of sharing on their 2G networks by. Published are the public versions of the responses received by the ACCC.
