The ACCC published a final access determination (FAD) for the domestic transmission capacity service (DTCS) in June 2012. The DTCS FAD was published with an explanatory statement, a report from Data Analysis Australia (DAA) on the linear regression model used to develop the price terms in the FAD, a DTCS Pricing Calculator and a DTCS Route Category Workbook.
