On 4 September 2012, ARTC submitted to the ACCC a proposed variation to the undertaking. The proposed variation relates to the incorporation of the Southern Sydney Freight Line (SSFL) and applicable access charges into the undertaking.
On 10 April 2013, the ACCC made a final decision to consent to ARTC's proposal.
