Extension of the 2008 Interstate Access Undertaking (to 30 June 2023)

On 15 June 2021, the ACCC issued a notice to extend the period of the 2008 Interstate Access Undertaking to 30 June 2023. This notice is in response to ARTC's 23 April 2021 application to extend the period for which the 2008 Interstate Access Undertaking is in operation.
