Information request 220 Sep 2018
On 20 September 2018, the ACCC sent a further information request to ARTC to provide additional information to assist in its assessment of the 2018 Interstate Access Undertaking. This request follows on from ARTC's 13 September 2018 response to the ACCC's initial information request.
On 30 October 2018, ARTC provided its response to the ACCC’s 20 September 2018 information request.
