Consultation Paper on Australia Post's draft price notification25 Aug 2022
Australia Post has provided the ACCC with a draft price notification proposing to increase the price of reserved ordinary letters delivered at the regular timetable. This includes an increase of the basic postage rate for reserved ordinary small letters from $1.10 to $1.20.
The ACCC released a consultation paper seeking submissions from interested parties on Australia Post’s proposal on 25 August 2022.
The closing date for submissions in response to the ACCC’s consultation paper was Friday, 23 September 2022.
