The ACCC released an issues paper on 31 May 2017 seeking feedback on pricing, competition and customer issues. Submissions to the issues paper will close on 30 June 2017.
Submissions can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
More information on how to provide a submission to the Issues Paper, including an information sheet for consumers and small businesses, is available through the ACCC Consultation Hub.
Broadly speaking, the inquiry is a public process and written feedback will be posted on the ACCC website.
The ACCC can accept a claim of confidentiality from the party if the disclosure of information would damage their competitive position. Further information is contained in the issues paper.
