The ACCC has released a draft report for the mobile terminating access service (MTAS) final access determination (FAD) inquiry. The draft report contains the ACCC's draft positions on the price and non-price terms of access to be included in the MTAS FAD. The ACCC has had regard to Analysys Mason's report Benchmarking the cost of providing MTAS in Australia in reaching its draft position on price.
Submissions in response to the draft report closed on 10 July 2020.

Stakeholder engagement process
To assist stakeholders in understanding the international benchmarking exercise conducted by Analysys Mason, the ACCC provided opportunities for interested stakeholders to ask questions regarding the benchmarking exercise during the consultation period for the draft report. This process closed on 3 July 2020.
