On 21 April 2011 the ACCC commenced a public inquiry and issued a discussion paper into making final access determinations for the declared fixed line services. Submissions on the discussion paper were due on 3 June 2011.
Submissions
The ACCC received the following public submissions in response to the discussion paper. Frontier Economics, Macquarie Telecom, Optus and Telstra also provided submissions that contained confidential information.
