Compliance & anti-competitive conduct

The ACCC monitors and enforces compliance with a range of telecommunications-specific legislation as well as the general consumer protection and anti-competitive conduct provisions in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. As part of this role the ACCC has published guidance for industry on its investigatory tools and its approach to specific issues such as broadband performance claims.
