The ACCC has issued a consultation paper seeking views from interested stakeholders on proposed industry guidance on the carrier separation rules in Part 8 of the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth) (Telecommunications Act).
The proposed guidance is intended to assist industry in understanding the superfast network separation obligations and how the ACCC will consider whether network operators have complied with them.
The ACCC seeks comments from interested stakeholders on the proposed guidance by Friday 27 May 2022.
