In November 2012 the ACCC released the Airport quality of service monitoring discussion paper , stakeholders were then invited to comment on the discussion paper.
This paper covered issues related to the quality of service monitoring that applies to:
- Brisbane
- Melbourne (Tullamarine)
- Perth
- Sydney (Kingsford Smith) airports.
The ACCC received ten submissions in response to the discussion paper release.
