The accepted Hunter Valley Access Undertaking requires ARTC to submit documentation to the ACCC for the purposes of an annual compliance assessment. Section 4.10 and Schedule G of the undertaking requires the ACCC to determine whether ARTC has complied with the financial model and pricing principles specified in the undertaking and whether there has been any under or over recovery of revenue from users that needs to be reconciled.

On 3 September 2021, Port of Portland Pty Limited applied to the ACCC to be determined an exempt service provider of port terminal services at its port terminal facility at Portland, Victoria. On 3 May 2022 the ACCC released a final determination document confirming that it has determined Port of Portland Pty Limited to be an exempt service provider of port terminal services at its Portland facility. The exemption was made by notifiable instrument.

This project page contains Telstra’s submission of required measures 1(a) and 1(b), which relate to ‘pull through’ NBN connection processes, and includes the ACCC’s consultation and assessment of these measures.

These required measures were approved by the ACCC on 21 May 2014 and are now part of Telstra’s migration plan. See Measures 1(a) & 1(b) approved.

In December 2004 Telstra lodged unconditioned local loop service (ULLS) and line sharing service (LSS) undertakings. The undertakings set out how Telstra proposes to meet its standard access obligations to supply these services. The ACCC released its final decision on Telstra's LSS connection and disconnection charge undertaking in April 2006.

Sunwater Limited: Decisions under Part 6 of the Water Charge Rules 2010 Water Review Finalised

The ACCC is required under Part 6 of the Water Charge Rules 2010 (WCR) to decide whether on-river infrastructure operators meet the definition of ‘Part 6 operators’ and, if so, whether to grant them an exemption from the operation of the requirements of Part 6 of the WCR.
