Under section 2.2(b) of the 2008 Interstate Access Undertaking (IAU), ARTC must submit to the ACCC a written statement outlining whether or not it intends to submit a new undertaking to the ACCC for its consideration, no later than six months prior to the expiry of the 2008 IAU. ARTC’s 2008 IAU was due to expire on 30 June 2020.

Airservices Australia 2005 Airports Price notification Finalised

On 21 December 2005 the ACCC decided to not object to Airservices' formal price notification for its aviation rescue and fire fighting services.

Building Block Model record keeping rule Communications Review Finalised

The Building Block Model Record Keeping Rule – June 2013 expires on 30 June 2021. It required Telstra to provide information on forecast and actual data relating to operating expenditure, capital expenditure, depreciation and demand, regarding legacy fixed line services, for the Fixed Line Services Model. The FLSM was previously used by the ACCC to determine prices for Telstra’s declared legacy fixed line services.

On 20 December 2021 the ACCC wrote to Port of Portland Limited (POPL) regarding its 2021-22 bulk grain export capacity allocation process and non-compliance with subclause 25(2) of the Port Terminal Access (Bulk Wheat) Code of Conduct (the Code).

Newcastle wheat ports exemptions assessments - NAT and Qube Wheat export Access exemption Finalised

On 30 July 2015, the ACCC exempted Newcastle Agri Terminal Pty Ltd's and Qube Holdings Limited's respective bulk wheat terminals at the Port of Newcastle under the mandatory Code on bulk wheat terminal access.

The Code commenced on 30 September 2014. It regulates bulk wheat port terminal operators to ensure that exporters have fair and transparent access to terminal facilities.
