This report presents the results of the ACCC's price, financial reporting and quality of service monitoring for aeronautical services and car parking for Brisbane, Melbourne (Tullamarine), Perth and Sydney (Kingsford Smith) airports for the 2019-20 financial year.

The strategy is developed with regard to the APSC Commonwealth Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Workforce Strategy to create a more diverse and inclusive Commonwealth public sector with greater representation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across all classifications.
On 8 August 2019, the ACCC was directed to conduct an inquiry into markets for tradeable water rights in the Murray-Darling Basin. This final report for the inquiry draws on the views of a broad range of stakeholders with interests in the use and trade of water in the Basin, analysis of wide-ranging water market data from 2012 onwards, and other information and documents gathered from various large water users, investors, market intermediaries and government entities. The report makes recommendations to enhance markets for tradeable water rights, including their operation, transparency, regulation, competitiveness and efficiency.
This report outlines breaches of the SSU for the period 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020. The ACCC has prepared this report based on whether in its view, on the balance of probabilities, a breach of the SSU occurred.
