This report provides an update on the wine grapes sector’s progress in implementing the ACCC’s recommendations from our September 2019 market study final report, or otherwise addressing the issues identified in that report.
The ACCC has completed its eleventh annual report under the Water Act 2007 (Cth). The report provides information on the state of the rural water sector in the Murray–Darling Basin for the 2019-20 financial year.
The ACCC and ASIC have jointly produced this guideline which aims to assist creditors, collectors and debtors understand their rights and obligations, and ensure that debt collection activity is undertaken in a way that is consistent with consumer protection laws.
