The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) is required to report annually on competition in the Australian telecommunications sector and price changes for telecommunications services in Australia.
This is the ACCC's eighth report as part of its inquiry into the prices, profits and margins in the supply of electricity in the National Electricity Market (NEM).
This report provides an update on key competition and consumer developments and trends in private health insurance between 1 July 2021 and 30 June 2022.
On 21 August 2017, the ACCC published guidance for retail service providers on how to advertise speeds for fixed-line broadband services, including clearly identifying typical peak speeds.
