TriMas Corporation Pty Ltd (TriMas), through its division, Cequent, supplied Tarp Straps which did not contain the mandatory warning label as required by the Trade Practices (Consumer Product Safety Standards) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1) dated 1 December 2004, in contravention of section 65C of the TPA

TriMas has withdrawn the product from sale and has offered an undertaking to the ACCC which establishes and implements a trade practices compliance program.
