The Reject Shop supplied certain cosmetic products which did not comply with the cosmetics standard, in that they did not have their ingredients listed on their containers. The Reject Shop undertook not to sell or offer for sale cosmetic products without their ingredients being clearly listed, to engage in corrective advertising and cause a sign to be displayed for two months advising of the breach and the right to a refund, and to implement a compliance program.
