Sarai Holdings Pty Ltd, trading as Zoeros Lifeskills Training (Sarai) made an incorrect representation in a promotional letter stating that the price of a training course would rise in February 2000 from $395 to $495 due to GST Government changes. Sarai confirmed that this representation was made in error.
The Undertaking provides for Sarai to cease use of similar representations in all future publications, letters and advertising, to write to any person or entity to which similar representations have been made, and to implement a trade practices compliance training course.
