Mr John Fearnley T/A Fern's General Store - s.87B undertaking

Mr John Fearnley undertakes:

• to take all reasonable steps to ensure that he makes himself aware of the provisions of the Trade Practice Act 1974 especially in regard to resale price maintenance and issues that are relevant to small business.
• to not impose nor attempt to impose a minimum selling price on any good that he supplies to another person for the purpose of resale.
• to take reasonable steps to ensure that he does not refuse supply or fail to supply Fraser Coast Milk to Di Domenico on terms that are disadvantageous to Di Domenico in contravention of the Act.
