Each of the parties will do all within their power to procure the disposal of the manufacturing, marketing, selling and distributing cigarettes and other tobacco products listed in schedule 1 (confidential). Each party will try everything to ensure that businesses to be divested continue to be run in the normal course of business until sold. Each of the merger parties will promptly provide Commission info. Requested re the performance of the undertaking.
