Australian Stock Exchange Limited - s.87B undertaking

The Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) and the ASX Settlement and Transfer Corporation Pty Ltd (ASTC) have undertaken not to significantly discriminate between users of CHESS services depending upon whether the user is utilising the share registry services of the joint venture, ASX Perpetual Registrars Limited (APRL). The ASX and ASTC have also undertaken to ensure that the relationship between APRL and the ASTC is carried out on an arm's length basis. The ASX and the ASTC have also undertaken to make information about CHESS interface requirements, and the CHESS Procedure Guidelines readily available to users of CHESS and providers of share registry services.
