Shinn Fu (Australia Limited) - variation - s.87B undertaking

The Commission accepted an Undertaking from Shinn Fu (Australia) Pty Ltd on 9 January 2001 in relation to vehicle jacks. That Undertaking has been varied following submissions from Shinn Fu that a number of difficulties, including a change in its management and staff, had prevented it from complying with the audit reporting schedule in its original s87B Undertaking.
