Natural Beauty Enterprise Pty Ltd - s.87B undertaking

Natural Beauty Enterprise Pty Ltd (Natural Beauty) has admitted to supplying the cosmetic Product  “Pearl Cream with Vitamin E” in Australia depicting an “Australia Made” logo without approval of the Australian Made Campaign Limited.  Natural Beauty has also admitted to breaching the Consumer Product Information Standards (Cosmetics) Regulations 1991 (Standard) through the supply of the Product without a list of ingredients as required by the Standard.
