British Airways undertakes to publish corrective advertising, provide to each customer who purchases a British Airways flight a free flight to Singapore or Bangkok, Executive club miles, refund of joinder fee to Executive club, apology letter, not advertise with differing small print in the future, implement a trade practices compliance program, avoid small print, report to the Commission one year from the date eof this undertaking.
