Summary

The undertaking identifies "FTTB Wholesale Pty Ltd (ACN 087 533 328)" as a TPG Wholesaler. In September 2022, this entity announced a rebrand and changed its name to Vision Network Pty Ltd but remains a TPG Wholesaler for the purposes of the undertaking.
The undertaking came into force on 7 October 2022.
On 16 July 2025, TPG Telecom Limited provided a written request to the ACCC seeking revocation of its undertaking.
Pursuant to subsection 151W(8) of the Telecommunications Act, the ACCC revoked TPG Telecom Limited's undertaking with effect from 9 September 2025.
