The transaction results in a very small increase of market share to Woolworths in the procurement and wholesale markets. Woolworths does not currently operate a supermarket in Bannockburn or its surrounding areas and as such the transaction does not result in an aggregation of market share in the local retail supermarket market. For these reasons the acquisition is unlikely to result in a substantial lessening of competition in any market.
