Summary
Alinta Asset Management Pty Ltd (AAM), formerly Alinta Network Services Pty Ltd, submitted a draft variation to the s87B undertaking of Alinta Limited and others, which was accepted by the ACCC on 25 October 2004.The draft variation proposed to remove AAM from the undertaking, because AAM had ceased to be a party to the operating services agreement for the Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline.
Given that the amendments proposed by the AAM Variation have been superseded by the broader variation which was accepted by the ACCC on 28 January 2010, the ACCC has ceased its review of the AAM variation.
