Summary
Dye & Durham (D&D) proposes to acquire, through a subsidiary, Link Administration Holdings (Link). Link owns a 43% stake in PEXA Group Limited (PEXA).
D&D provides information search and broking services Australia-wide and jurisdiction specific conveyancing software solutions and lodgement services. Link provides outsourced administration services for superannuation funds and corporate markets, and other related services. PEXA operates an Electronic Lodgement Network.

The ACCC has published a Statement of Issues outlining preliminary concerns in relation to the proposed acquisition.
The ACCC invites submissions on its Statement of Issues by Thursday, 7 July 2022. Submissions should be forwarded electronically (preferably in PDF format) to mergers@accc.gov.au with the title “Submission re Statement of Issues: D&D acquisition of Link – attention Annabel Garrard / Nicholas Wellfare”.
