Bingo proposes to acquire Dial-a-Dump. Bingo and Dial-a-Dump are both providers of commercial and industrial, and building and demolition waste collection and processing services in the Greater Sydney area.
The ACCC has published a draft 87B undertaking proffered by Bingo.
The ACCC is seeking industry participants’ views on the draft undertaking by 30 January 2019. Submissions may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org with the title: "Submission re: Bingo/Dial-a-Dump - attention Elizabeth Elias/Matthew Thomas."
