About this register
This register contains a record of applications for merger authorisation lodged with the ACCC from 2017 to 2025.
Each entry includes a public version of the application, public submissions by the applicant and interested parties, and the ACCC’s decision.
If granted by the ACCC, merger authorisation provided protection from legal action for a breach of section 50 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
