On 15 April 2024, the Hon, Chris Bowen MP, Minister for Climate Change and Energy (the Minister), granted to the below Exempt Persons (collectively, Santos) a conditional Ministerial exemption (the Exemption) pursuant to sections 61, 63 and 65 of the Competition and Consumer (Gas Market Code) Regulations 2023 (the Code). The Exemption relates to the price rules in Division 2 of Part 4 of the Code.
The Minister granted the Exemption in response to an application from Santos.
The exemption period commenced on 15 April 2024 and ends on 15 April 2025.
