Exemption for Traditional Credit Union Limited

On 28 November 2024, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) granted an exemption under section 56GD of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (the Act) to Traditional Credit Union Limited deferring its consumer data sharing obligations until 31 December 2026. The ACCC granted the exemption in response to an application from Traditional Credit Union Limited.

The ACCC also revoked the exemption granted to Traditional Credit Union Limited on 23 February 2023 under section 56GD of the Act.
