Exemption for Indue Ltd

On 16 September 2025, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) granted an exemption under section 56GD of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (the Act) to Indue Ltd deferring all its CDR obligations in respect of its enhanced Income Management accounts until 30 June 2027. The ACCC granted the exemption in response to an application from Indue Ltd.

The ACCC also revoked the exemption granted to Indue Ltd on 27 June 2024 under section 56GD of the Act.
