Exemption for Energy Locals Pty Ltd

On 13 June 2024, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) granted an exemption under section 56GD of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) to Energy Locals Pty Ltd deferring its obligations to share consumer data in respect of complex and non-complex requests until 30 March 2025. The ACCC granted the exemption in response to an application from Energy Locals Pty Ltd.
