Exemption for Westpac Banking Corporation

On 20 May 2021, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) granted an exemption under section 56GD of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), permanently exempting Westpac Banking Corporation (Westpac) from its obligation to share consumer data from Select Term Deposit and Select Cash Management Accounts that were offered through DDH Graham. The ACCC granted the exemption in response to an application from Westpac.
