Exemption for Northern Inland Credit Union Limited

On 3 June 2021, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) granted an exemption under section 56GD of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) to Northern Inland Credit Union delaying the commencement date of its phase 1, 2 and 3 consumer data sharing obligations and its direct-to-consumer obligations until 1 May 2022. The ACCC granted the exemption in response to an application from Northern Inland Credit Union.
