Exemption for Heritage and People's Choice Limited

On 19 September 2024, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) granted an exemption under section 56GD of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) to Heritage and People’s Choice Limited deferring its obligation to invite a CDR consumer to amend a current authorisation, with respect to its members with existing consumer data sharing consents for Heritage Bank branded products until 31 October 2025. The ACCC granted the exemption in response to an application from Heritage and People’s Choice Limited.
